No, this isn't a new Zombie themed exercise program. This week, The GymWits talk about walking. Walking is one of the most important activities in daily life and has many significant health benefits. There are many instances, however, in which people over inflate the importance and or effectiveness of walking as part of an exercise program. In this week's episode, The GymWits ask and attempt to answer the question of when walking can be considered exercise.
